Mailchimp as the newsletter service provided

The personal data collected through the newsletter opt-in form is transferred to and processed by MailChimp. MailChimp therefore collects and stores personal data (email address and possibly also your name and surname if supplied) into Mailchimp’s sub-processors who perform some critical services, such as helping MailChimp prevent abuse and providing support to our customers. We use the MailChimp service to be able to send newsletters to anyone who gives explicit consent that they wish to receive them.

Newsletters are sent for updates, special offers and other news regarding our products and they will be sent periodically, at most once a week and mostly once a month.

4. How do we protect your information?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway (HumbleBundle.com) handles all CC transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning done by Bluehost.com, which is our web hosting service provider.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

In fact, all of our website is run and protected using the SSL technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider (HumbleBundle.com) and are not stored or processed on our servers.
