Horizon – A New Turn-Based Space Strategy Game Under Development August 14th, 2010 by Adam Solo Came across another space strategy game under development the other day, it is called Horizon. It will be a turn-based space strategy game set in the future where humans have just begun exploring outer space. Interview with Brad Ottoson | Aphelion: Phoenix Rising main Developer November 16th, 2009 by Adam Solo In September 26th I wrote a post about a new space strategy game in the making called Aphelion: Phoenix Rising.
