Spaceward Ho!<\/a> is a classic space 4X game, and one of the first ever released, back in 1990. Already available for PC and Mac<\/a> and then for the iPad, Spaceward Ho! is now also available for the iPhone and iPod Touch iOS devices. Along with the now universal iOS support, there’s also a new update which brings the game to version 1.1, which adds updated icons and dialogs, no more Mac ads, a fleet movement window, Game Center support with leader boards so that you can compare your achievements with other players, among other changes. Multiplayer is not in yet but the devs promise to be already working on it.<\/p>\n In Spaceward Ho! expect to find economic management, military warfare, exploration, colonization, research, diplomacy, terraforming and other traditional 4X features. I hate not having an iOS device to try out this space 4X\u00a0oldy re-incarnation.
