Kalypso Media announced<\/a> a deal with Stardock to distribute the boxed versions of their standalone expansions for the PC, Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion (already released digitally) and Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes (to enter beta soon) on “Europe, Russia, Middle East and Asia” for Sins, and “exclusive distribution rights for Australia, New Zealand and Japan as well” for LH.<\/p>\n

Contacted by SpaceSector, Kalypso Media stated that Sins: Rebellion will be a “Steam at Retail version” that “will require\u00a0Steam activation”. The suggested retail price is \u00a329.99 and it will be available on Q2 2013. Besides including a Steam key code, the retail version will also include a soundtrack CD and a poster. Kalypso anticipates FE: Legendary Heroes to also require Steam, however they said to “need confirmation on that”. No details on LH’s box content are available as of yet. LH’s box release is anticipated for Q3 2013.<\/p>\n

Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes is a turn-based fantasy 4X game, and, it will also be sold as a standalone expansion; a single package containing all the work which started with Elemental: War of Magic, then upgraded with Elemental: Fallen Enchantress, and now culminating with Fallen Enchantress: Legendary Heroes.
